· One squeeze is the entry. R50 an attempt, cheaper in bulk packs.
· Monthly recognition for the top grips, plus an annual league title decided on a weighted average.
· Every verified clip is distributed through a national sporting directory with an existing audience of roughly 170 000 followers — free exposure for the venue in frame.
· Untrained customers get to go head-to-head with pro fighters and strongmen on one honest number.
